Booking information

Personal Assistants: For most performances, if you are disabled and need a personal assistant your assistant can receive a free ticket. Please contact the Box Office team on 020 8369 5454 or email boxoffice@artsdepot.co.uk.

Babes in arms: For most shows children under 18 months are considered babes in arms. They can sit in their parent’s lap and do not require a ticket. Baby carriers and buggies must remain outside the theatre. For family shows where children under 18 months do require a ticket, we’ll make it clear on the show’s page on our website.

Children: Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult who is over 16 years of age.

Age Restrictions: Staff may refuse entry where age restrictions apply, so it’s best to bring ID.

Transaction fee: A transaction fee of £1.50 applies to bookings, with exclusions for free events and some events put on by hirers of artsdepot. Members do not pay transaction fees.

Receiving your tickets: Your tickets will be sent to you via text message on the day of the show, usually 4 hours in advance. Please check that we have your current mobile number when booking. If you don’t have a smartphone or would prefer to collect tickets, please visit the Box Office on the ground floor when you arrive for the show.

Pick & Mix Packages: We offer Pick & Mix Packages on most performances. Book for 3 shows in the same transaction and save 10%.

Groups: Group Discounts are often available. Please call the Groups Department on 020 8369 5454 or email groups@artsdepot.co.uk as group discounts are not available online.

Latecomers: To minimise disruption to the rest of audience and the performers, latecomers are admitted a suitable break in the performance. Some shows do not admit latecomers at all.

Can’t make the show? We understand that sometimes even the best laid plans have to change. Please speak to our Box Office team if you are having any issues with your booking and we’ll do our best to help. We may be able to exchange your ticket.
