Upstanding Citizens at West Hendon Community Hub

Focusing on building strength, coordination and balance through movement, this course will help to develop confidence in a fun and friendly environment.

The class offers participants a creative and sociable approach to movement and exercise with the aim of reducing risk of falling and improving well-being.

Sessions take place on Thursdays, 2pm – 3.30pm at West Hendon Community Hub, Gadwall House, Perryfield Way NW9 7DZ.

Sessions are FREE to residents living in NW9. Just select the ‘NW9 Resident’ option when booking.
