Upstanding Citizens at Tarling Road Community Hub

Upstanding Citizens in East Finchley– over 55s Dance is a weekly movement and dance class. Focusing on building strength, coordination and balance through movement, this course will help to develop confidence in a fun and friendly environment.

The class offers participants a creative and sociable approach to movement and exercise with the aim of reducing risk of falling and improving well-being.

Sessions take place on Thursdays, 1.30pm – 3.00pm in East Finchley at YMCA Tarling Road Community Hub.
