BeWell Dance Festival: Men’s Group

Through gentle breathing and movement, you’ll learn techniques to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, improve physical flexibility. Using the techniques you’ll develop a more detailed sense of yourself. This rejuvenating all-male class offers a unique opportunity to engage in activities promoting overall well-being and enabling richer experiences of movement and dance.
