Our Winter Showcase is an opportunity for designers, makers, artists and craftspeople who are local to Barnet to showcase their work.

The Studio Theatre is fully accessible and its 151 seats wrap around the stage creating an intimate space that's perfect for small scale productions, presentations and photoshoots.

Backstage facilities
- Two dressing rooms and a Green Room with a total capacity of 60 people, with separate showers and toilets.
- Additional spaces can be hired for events with cast & crew of more than 60.
Included in the hire fee
- Duty Manager (not exclusive to your event)
- Visitor Services Assistants (extra VSAs can be provided for an additional fee)
- Up to two Technicians (extra Technicians can be provided for an additional fee)
- Use of theatre lighting rig, sound system, projector & screen (this excludes wireless radio mics which can be hired for an additional fee)
- Cafe / bar facilities

Hire fees
Full day rate covers 8 hours, half day rate covers up to 4 hours. Extra hours can be hired for an additional payment. Charity discounts may be available on certain dates and months of the year, please ask the Hires team for details.
Full day: £1,500 + VAT
Half day: £750 + VAT
Box Office Commission: 20% (please ask about charity discounted commission)
Early Get In Tech Crew: £175 + VAT
Early Get In Cast Rehearsal: £225 + VAT
Late Get Out after midnight: £175 + VAT
Smoke / haze machine: £25 + VAT
Radio microphones: Price on request, please ask for a quote.
Lectern with mic: £15 + VAT
Drum Kit – £75 + VAT
Upright Piano: £50 + VAT
Piano Tuning: £60 + VAT
Additional Technician: £26 + VAT per hour (minimum 4 hour booking period)
Additional Visitor Services Assistant: £19 + VAT per hour (minimum 2 hour booking period)
