- Use of theatre lighting rig, sound system, projector & screen (this excludes wireless radio mics which can be hired for an additional fee)

Hire fees
Full day rate covers 8 hours, half day rate covers up to 4 hours. Extra hours can be hired for an additional payment. Charity discounts may be available on certain dates and months of the year, please ask the Hires team for details.
Full day: £1,500 + VAT
Half day: £750 + VAT
Box Office Commission: 20% (please ask about charity discounted commission)
Early Get In Tech Crew: £175 + VAT
Early Get In Cast Rehearsal: £225 + VAT
Late Get Out after midnight: £175 + VAT
Smoke / haze machine: £25 + VAT
Radio microphones: Price on request, please ask for a quote.
Lectern with mic: £15 + VAT
Drum Kit – £75 + VAT
Upright Piano: £50 + VAT
Piano Tuning: £60 + VAT
Additional Technician: £26 + VAT per hour (minimum 4 hour booking period)
Additional Visitor Services Assistant: £19 + VAT per hour (minimum 2 hour booking period)
