We are committed to making sure everyone can enjoy our facilities. If you'd like to discuss any access requirements before you visit, please call our Box Office team on 020 8369 5454 or email boxoffice@artsdepot.co.uk. And if you need any assistance while you're here, just ask a member of staff, we're happy to help.
artsdepot is completely accessible to wheelchair users with step free access throughout. Multiple lifts provide access to all floors.
Our Box Office, Café, and Bar all have lowered counter-top sections for wheelchair users to place their orders.
Disabled toilets can be found on levels 2 & 3.
We also have a Changing Places toilet equipped with a bench and hoist, on level 2. This can be accessed using a radar key; our Duty Manager can provide one if you don’t have one with you.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.
artsdepot is a Dementia Friendly Venue. This means that we’ve been accredited through the Mayor of London’s Dementia Friendly Venues Charter and are developing our spaces to be as suitable as possible for those living with dementia. Our staff also do training to understand how to support those living with dementia.
If you’re coming to see a show and have special access requirements, please contact us in advance so that we can make sure your needs are catered for.
We have specific seats available for wheelchair users inside our two theatres. These provide good views of the stage and ease of access. Please call the Box Office to book these seats.
For most performances, if you are disabled and require a personal assistant to attend an event, they can receive a complimentary ticket. Please contact the Box Office to book.
Both of our theatres have induction loop infrared systems for those who are hard of hearing, which can be made available on request. Please make us aware in advance when booking tickets if you require the use of the induction loop system, so we can ensure you receive a headset when you arrive.
For most performances, assistance dogs are welcome in the auditorium. However, on occasion this may not be possible due to the content or format of the show. Please contact the Box Office in advance if you would like to bring an assistance dog to a performance. A member of staff can dog-sit for the duration of a performance upon request.
Our programme includes accessible performances. You can see which shows include relaxed, captioned and BSL interpreted performances on the show’s page on our website. Touch tours are also available prior to selected performances.
10 spaces for disabled badge holders are available in the car park below artsdepot, run by euro car parks. The car park is open:
Mon – Sat, 7.30am – 9pm (pay & display)
Sun and Bank Holidays, 9am – 5pm (free)
After evening performances you can reach the car park via the artsdepot lift; the gates open automatically to let cars out.
There is also a drop off area for disabled visitors and carers, right outside our front entrance.
